Update: an Amazon A spokesman told TechCrunch: "This afternoon, we had a problem that affected the ability of some Alexa customers to interact with the service. The Alexa service now works normally. "
If your requests to Alexa answer such answers as "I have problems, please try again later", you are not alone. Several users report connection problems with Amazon's voice wizard. According to the Down Detector's fault-monitoring device and the actual failure map, problems are currently being detected around the world, with user reports starting around 7:00 pm EST.
