Internet influencer and former “Dancing With the Stars” contestant Hayes Grier has been arrested for allegedly brutally beating a man and stealing his phone in North Carolina.

The former Vine star, 21, was held in a Charlotte jail after a warrant was issued to extradite her from her home in Encino, Calif., To face robbery charges, of felony conspiracy and assault causing grievous bodily harm, according to TMZ.

The alleged attack left victim William Markolf with a broken eye socket, brain damage, bruised ribs, bleeding from the back of the head and hearing loss, the media reported.

Grier, and a co-conspirator who has not yet been charged, are also accused of stealing Markolf’s $ 1,200 phone, according to the outlet, which did not indicate when the violent incident was occurred.

Grier has reportedly posted a bond and faces a judge early Monday morning.

The North Carolina native is hugely successful on social media and reached week 7 on “DWTS” in 2015 at the age of 15.

He is also the younger brother of Carolina Panthers replacement quarterback Will Grier.
