Eddie Murphy’s son and Martin Lawrence’s daughter are in a relationship!
On Saturday, Jasmin Lawrence – the eldest of Martin’s children – wished Eddie’s eldest son Eric Murphy a happy birthday on Instagram, revealing they were dating in the caption of his post.
“Happy birthday, my love! I am incredibly blessed to know you, to love you and to have you by my side,” wrote Jasmin, 25, alongside two loving photographs of the couple. “Well done to many more blessings, laughs and fond memories! I love you so much !! 🖤✨.”

Last month Eric, 32, posted a photo with his girlfriend on his respective Instagram account, captioning the post, “Very head over heels LOVE with YOU”, adding the hashtags, “#myotherhalf”, “#equallyyoked” and I love you.”
Eric is the oldest of Eddie’s children, whom he welcomed with his then-girlfriend Paulette McNeely in 1989.
Murphy, 60, has ten children in total ranging from 2.5 to 32 years old, thanks to relationships with McNeely, Nicole Murphy, Tamara Hood and Melanie Brown, aka Mel B of the Spice Girls.

Jasmin, meanwhile, is Martin’s firstborn, whom he welcomed with his ex-wife Patricia Southall in 1996.
Lawrence, 56, also has two other daughters, Iyanna and Amara, with his ex-wife, Shamicka Gibbs.

Before their children reunited, the older actors already had a pre-existing relationship through their joint work in the 1990s.
In 1992, the duo starred in the romantic comedy film Boomerang, before reappearing together on the screen in 1999 in the comedy film, Life.
