Heart has been on temporary break for three years after the family tragedy threatened to tear the group apart. In August 2016, Ann's husband, Dean Wetter, was arrested behind the scenes in Auburn, Washington, for assaulting Nancy's teenage sons (Wetter eventually pleaded guilty to two charges). Aggression unrelated to a crime).

Heart announced his Love Alive reunion trek earlier this month. At the time, Ann Wilson said in a statement: "Nancy and I have been spreading all the wings of our lives over the past three years. We both lived and loved. We breathed, traveled and experienced life. We arrive at this tour with fresh energy and oxygen. "

The Love Alive tour begins July 9 in St. Louis, Missouri, and ends on September 9 in Los Angeles, California. Throughout the tour, several special guests will join the group, including Sheryl Crow, Brandi Carlile and Joan Jett, as well as Blackhearts and singers Elle King and Lucie Silvas.
