August 17 (UPI) – Actress Heather Locklear will have to carry out a residential treatment program not to get out of jail after arguing unambiguously against eight counts of crime stemming from two confrontations she's had at home with the authorities who responded to calls for domestic violence.
The Ventura County Attorney, Gregory Totten, said Friday in a statement that the actress named to the Golden Globe, best known for his roles in Dynasty, Melrose Place and Spin City, had a 120-day jail sentence suspended pending the end of the program.
