Shake it, take it off, break it
High-definition remasters of 10-year-old Japanese niche games seem to be a trend this year. This week we get Gal * Gun returns On Switch and PC, this is the first time that the original game in this series has left Japan. This summer, another naughty game arrives in North America for the first time from Xseed Games.
Akiba’s Journey: Hellbound and Debrief is a remaster of Akiba’s Journey Plus, which was an updated version of the original Akiba’s journey which was released on the PSP in 2011. The game puts players in the shoes of Akiba Freedom Fighters as they hunt vampires and rob them to the sky.
It’s a game that looks like a PSP, but it certainly sounds a lot more fun than Akiba’s rhythm.
Akiba’s Journey: Hellbound and Debrief will launch in North America this summer on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. The standard version will cost $ 39.99. For an additional $ 10, you can get the Day One 10th Anniversary Edition for PS4 or Switch, which will include an art book and a two-disc soundtrack.
