Hello, who is it? Mobile operators now have the power to block unwanted automated calls

The FCC voted Thursday to give major mobile operators the power to block unwanted automated calls. Last year, the FCC received 232,000 complaints about troublesome calls and scams. Although spam messages are not part of this initiative, you can copy the fake message and transfer it to 7-7-2-6 to report it to your carrier.

"They are annoying, they are rude, they are intrusive and I hate them," said Robin Heidorn.

The FCC does not require carriers to offer free data blocking services, which means additional charges may appear on your monthly bill.
