But the Capital One spot isn’t the first time Swift has appeared in an ad. Dating back to the start of her career, the star has shown her personality in commercials for Target, Diet Coke, AT&T, Macy’s and more.

Keds
In an ad for rubber-soled canvas shoes, Swift lists all the ways to “be brave” as she walks through Nashville, Tennessee. “Say hello already, laugh a lot, mess it up, apologize, mess it up again, hug people, take risks, trust yourself,” she says.
Target
To promote his upcoming album Speak Now, Swift explained the story of her writing career. “I guess it all started with my first crush in fourth grade,” she says, recalling her childhood where her love was more invested in the “cool girl”.
“He didn’t know that I was writing songs about him after school dreaming of one day becoming a country singer, or maybe a poet, or maybe a professional basketball player,” she continued. “Well, I finally found my way.”
“I give names,” she concluded of her album, scoffing at tracks that criticized her willingness to name the men she sang about in her songs.
Target
In another target spot, this time promoting 1989, a series of Polaroids flash across the screen as “Style” plays in the background.
Apple Music
In an Apple Music commercial called “Taylor vs. Treadmill,” the star is seen ready for her workout, picking the perfect song for cardio. She checks out Drake and Future’s “Jumpman” from the #GYMFLOW playlist, and starts sprinting to the beat and rapping.
She ends up having a little as well in the area, and falls flat on his face.
Coke Light
Showing the power of her catchy lyrics, Swift is seen writing it red hit “22”, as scenes of people singing the song in everyday storylines sneak into the ad.
Sony
Swift can finally “capture all their fans in one photo”, thanks to Sony’s TX7 cyber-shot camera. She tries it on in the commercial, with a swarm of screaming fans falling in front of her from the harnesses to the ceiling. When it was time for them to leave, a superfan clings to the banister. “I love you,” he told the star before he was ripped off.
Macy’s
In the department store’s Christmas ad, old Kris Kringle helps prepare for the holidays. When Kringle seeks Miracle on 34th Street Mr. Macy, Swift notes that there haven’t been any “since before I was born.”
Justin Bieber, Martha Stewart, Jessica Simpson and Carlos Santana also appear in the ad.
AT&T
To promote her “Taylor Swift Now” series, the star appeared in a hilarious commercial that noted that the AT&T app gives fans a glimpse of what she’s doing. The announcement goes one step further, featuring a full day game of Swift (which includes a choreographed fight streak with Andy Samberg and eating cookie dough).
DirecTV
For this commercial, Swift is seen in a mystical forest, riding a massive, unicorn version of her cat Olivia Benson.
DirecTV
Her cats appeared in another DirecTV commercial (this time full-sized), waiting backstage as she wrapped up a show about her Reputation Tour. When she returns to the Green Room, Olivia Benson and Meredith Gray talk to her, expressing how bored they were when she was on stage.
