Here are the best margaritas in Virginia

RICHMOND, Virginia. – This is the National Day of Marguerite (and Friday!). The stars are aligned and beg you to have a drink and celebrate. Here are the best places (according to you, dear readers) to take the cocktail of the day. Share your best margarita spot with Eat It, Virginia! on Instagram or write to us.

Casa Del Barco runs promotions all day on their margaritas. By arranging specials, they have EACH SINGLE MARGARITA for half less until 9 PM. I see no reason not to have two.

Pepe's Mexican Restaurant has margaritas the size of Texas. At 21 ounces, two should do it. Other margaritas on sale tonight – a Radler Paloma with a Stiegl Radler and a Margarona (what's the last time you had one?) With a Coronita.

Lalo's Cocina gets votes for their margarita pomegranate. Antioxidants and a celebratory drink sound like a perfect match.

In a surprise twist, Tazza Kitchen has been suggested a few times. Although I love taking Tazza for a pizza or another delicious meal over a wood fire, I do not think of a margarita. By reading the ingredients, lemon, lime, agave and salt, it seems to me that I need to readjust my expectations.

AT Tio Pablo, simplicity is king – margaritas are based on tequila, triple sec, agave and lime. Today, Hibiscus Margaritas cost $ 6. They also have tamales. Do I need to say more?

I am partial to Chuy. I know it's a chain, but I can not get tired of their spicy Texas Martini (with jalapeno). I know it's not "technically" a margarita because it's in a martini glass but it's a bit. If El Jimador is infused in the green of Chile, do it.
