From HER
It’s not very often that Kate Middleton gives the public a look inside her personal home in Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace, but for a Zoom engagement during Remembrance Week, the Duchess took the call in his living room, according to Hi!. Kate spoke to military families, and her backdrop included flowers, several framed family photos, vases and two paintings.
Among the family photos visible, from left to right, there appears to be a photo of her and Prince Louis in the Back to Nature Garden which she helped design last year, a photo of George and the Princess Charlotte on their first day of school last fall, Prince William from his solo trip to Africa in 2018 and one of Prince George’s 2019 birthday portraits that Kate took where he laughs on the ground.
All of these photos have already been shared publicly on her and on William’s Instagram:

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very excited to share new photos of their family as they visit the RHS Back to Nature Garden at #ChelseaFlowerShow on Sunday afternoon. The photographs were taken by @mattporteous. The #RHSChelsea Back to Nature Garden, designed by the Duchess and award-winning landscape architects Andrée Davies and Adam White of Davies White Landscape Architects, is a wooded setting for families and communities to come together and connect with nature. Her Royal Highness is a strong advocate for the proven benefits of the outdoors on physical and mental health, and the positive impact that nature and the environment can have on childhood development in particular. Over the past few months, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have helped the Duchess collect moss, leaves and twigs to help decorate @The_RHS Back to Nature Garden. Hazel sticks collected by the family were also used to make the garden den. The Duchess told Monty Don in an interview for the BBC: “I really think that nature and being interactive in the outdoors have huge benefits on our physical and mental well-being, especially for young people. children. I really hope that this forest that we have created truly inspires families, children and communities to get out, enjoy nature and the outdoors, and spend quality time together.

Notably, Kate had no extended family photos on display, so no family member with Meghan Markle, Prince Harry or Prince Charles and the Queen.
