Jaime has been pardoned by Robert Baratheon for the murder of Daenerys' father, Aerys Targaryen, but that does not mean that Dany will do it. She knows that her father was an "evil man," but everyone in Westeros likes to remind Jaime that he is the manager and a "man without honor." Although we know that history matters a lot more, we already know from the trailer that Dany will bring it all right.
The moment that fueled the entire series will surely play a major role in the next episode. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau recently spoke about the meeting and how Jaime is probably "in shit **" now that he is face to face with his victim. Let's hope that Bran's three-eyed Bran has seen all the good Jaime did, but the situation will be tense anyway.
The death of Jory Cassel is the first of the series that really stung. He was the captain of the Stark House Guards and Ned Stark's confidant, and Jaime stabbed him brutally. Although this will probably not be addressed in the new episode, it is unlikely that the Starks have forgotten it.
If Dany and Jon translate Jaime to justice, they do not exactly have the incest of the good judge, but the lie that Cersei's children belonged to Robert Baratheon is what made Ned Stark beheaded. The incest scandal looks like small potatoes compared to everything that happened, but it was the catalyst for the war of the five kings.
While trying to escape the Starks during the second season, Jaime killed Torrhen Karstark, which eventually led to the fight between the two northern homes. Jon Snow forgave the Karstarks (and the Umbers) for going alongside the Bolton in the bastard battle; it is possible that this murder is mentioned. Jaime has also relentlessly killed his cousin, Alton Lannister, to lure Torrhen into his cell, but it's unlikely everyone in Winterfell cares (sorry, Alton).
While the Freys and Bolton are truly responsible for the red marriage, they still murdered Robb and Catelyn Stark on behalf of the Lannisters. Jaime asked Roose Bolton to send greetings to Robb, and that's exactly what Roose did before stabbing him in the heart. There is no concrete evidence that Jaime really knew that the red marriage was going to happen, but the North remembers.
This is unlikely to happen since Edmure Tully is currently MIA. The last time we saw Catelyn's brother in season 6 as a Freys prisoner, we have not heard from him since Arya destroyed the entire Frey house. Since Edmure is not here and none of the Starks know that this interaction has taken place, it will probably not be relevant. Threatening to catapult Edmure's child over the walls of Riverrun is one of the last really cruel things that Jaime did, so that deserves mention.
During the assault on Highgarden, Jaime killed Olenna Tyrell with a poison. Although he is one of the best dead in the series, Daenerys probably did not forgive him for killing one of his greatest allies.
Last season, Jaime was accused in Daenerys of a spear in "spoils of war" for the purpose of the murder. Of course, it was in the middle of a pretty intense battle, so it's a technically fair game, but Daenerys is probably still excited about it.

Despite this long list of Jaime's bad deeds, remember that he also saved Brienne from Tarth several times, rescued Tyrion from execution, abandoned Cersei to fight the army of the dead, and more. We are always looking for you, Jaime!
