Hilary Duff is in ‘quarantine day 2’ after being exposed to COVID-19

Hilary Duff revealed on Saturday that she had been exposed to the novel coronavirus.

The Lizzie McGuire star, 33, shared the news without fanfare in an Instagram Stories post.

The actress wrote that she is on her second day of quarantine, although details on her exposure are limited.

The only Instagram Stories photo of Hilary showed her somber in a gray hoodie with her long blonde locks flowing in soft waves.

“Exposed to covid. Quarantine day 2, ”she wrote, adding“ Fml ”.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that anyone who has been in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19 self-quarantine for 14 days.

He defines close contact as being within six feet of an infected person for a total of 15 minutes per day.

Hilary’s photo did not specify where or how she had been exposed, or whether or not it had happened at work.

Later Saturday, Hilary shared another photo of herself holding the new collection of No One Asked For This essays, written by Cazzie David, the daughter of Seinfeld co-creator Larry David.

“Just me and Cazzie. Cazzie and I, ” she wrote.

Hilary was last seen in public earlier this week filming scenes from her TV series Younger.

She was on set in Manhattan’s East Village Tuesday and Wednesday filming scenes with her costar Sutton Foster.

Hilary plays a major supporting character, Kelsey Peters, a young editor at a book publisher in New York.

She and Sutton’s character Liza Miller become friends after Liza lied about her age to get a job in the youth-obsessed press.

On Tuesday, the actresses filmed a scene in which Kelsey tricked Liza into thinking she had a bug in her hair, causing the Bunheads star to panic and fan her hair to try and get it out.

Hilary looked chic in a long white coat with a gray-green sack dress with lace collar decorations and beige knee-length boots.

On Wednesday, she arrived in her costume, but with added protection from the cold, including a stylish green and blue checkered overcoat and more sturdy brown boots that reached just above her ankles.

Bicoastal: Despite being generally based in Los Angeles, Hilary temporarily moved to New York City while filming Younger with her husband Matthew Koma, 33, and their children.

Although she is usually based in Los Angeles, Hilary temporarily moved to New York City during the filming of Younger.

She is accompanied by husband Matthew Koma, 33, as well as son Luca, eight, and daughter Banks, two.

The couple started dating in 2017, but they met two years earlier when they co-wrote and produced parts of their 2015 album Breathe In. Expire.

She shares Luca with her ex-husband Mike Comrie, a former professional hockey player.

Late last month, Hilary and Matthew announced the happy news that she was expecting her third child shortly after arriving in New York City.
