Hitman 3 will launch in just over a week, and IO Interactive has finally revealed the full list of places players will be visiting. We’ve already heard about the locations of Dubai, Dartmoor, England, and Chongqing, China, but it looks like Agent 47 will also be dispatched to Berlin, Mendoza, Argentina and the Carpathians. Of course, the Carpathian region of Romania was where Agent 47 was originally born / cloned, so that makes sense as a final level, but personally I hope that means this Hitman trilogy will end with the assassination of Count Dracula. Either way, you can check out some images of the recently revealed locations in the gallery below.
IO Interactive has also released a new developer video discussing the history of the game.
Here are some quick descriptions of Hitman 3’s six locations:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates – The game starts in Dubai, with Agent 47 literally on top of the world.
- Experience the grandeur and decadence of Dubai at the opening ceremony of the world’s tallest building. Join an enthusiastic crowd to take in the breathtaking scenery and explore the top floors of this exquisite building, inside and out.
Dartmoor, United Kingdom – After the events in Dubai, 47 are heading to England.
- Travel to the historic Thornbridge Mansion on Dartmoor on a mission with a touch of murderous mystery. Choose your own path to your goals or play as a detective to solve a murder and eliminate your target. Two birds, one disguise.
Berlin, germany – Halfway through the game, 47 are on their way to Germany.
- Head to the outskirts of Berlin, a city known for its fairy tales, vibrant style and chaotic nightlife. Whether you’re looking for a place to reflect and recuperate or want to experience the dizzying adrenaline rush of an epic rave, Berlin will help you find these two things and everything in between.
Chongqing, China – As the story escalates, 47 arrive in China.
- Under the flickering neon lights of bustling cafes and amid a multitude of small shops and food stalls crammed into the narrow streets, Chongqing offers travelers a respite from the demands of everyday life. This megalopolis is a transportation hub with many secrets off the beaten track.
Mendoza Argentina – Hitman 3’s penultimate mission takes Agent 47 to Argentina.
- As one of South America’s best-known wine regions, Mendoza is the perfect place to take in the beautiful sights and acquired tastes of Argentina. From sloping hills to modern vineyards, there are plenty of opportunities to explore.
Carpathians, Romania – The Hitman 3 epilogue sees Agent 47 return to Romania.
- The final mission of the World of Assassination trilogy takes you to the Carpathians.
Hitman 3 sneaks into PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, PS5, Stadia, and Nintendo Switch (via cloud) on January 20.
