Hitman 3: PC players will be able to play Hitman levels 1 and 2 for free if they have them

Those who own Hitman and Hitman 2 on PC will be able to import locations into Hitman 3 for free, but not at launch.
IO Interactive took the news on Twitter and revealed that while the import feature will not be available on January 20 when the PC version launches exclusively on the Epic Games Store, the Hitman 1 GOTY Access Pass will be free for all. players who pre-purchase or purchase Hitman 3 within the first 10 days of release to help catch up with it.

IO Interactive assures that players will not need to repurchase these old games and that the import function will be available in “the next few weeks”.

Hitman 3 – All In-Game Locations

As of this writing, only Hitman and Hitman 3 are available for purchase / pre-purchase from the Epic Games Store, and there is currently no way to show that you have purchased Hitman 2 from any other store. .

As detailed in the Hitman 3 pre-launch guide, players will be able to carry over their progress from Hitman 2 to launch through a web browser. While this process has not been detailed yet, it will require an IOI account.

For those who do not have a previous version of Hitman and wish to play the previous levels of Hitman 3, Access Passes for Hitman and Hitman 2 will be available for purchase. Additionally, there will be an 80% discount on access passes to the Epic Games Store for the first 14 days after launch.Fortunately, console gamers don’t have to worry about all of this and will be able to enjoy the previous levels if they have Hitman and / or Hitman 2 upon release.
