They then sold these technological secrets to China and obtained an illegal interest of 15.1 billion won (about $ 13.8 million). Suwon's South Korean prosecutor's office pointed out that the company's robbery employees used pseudonyms, fake calls and fake personal e-mail addresses to avoid being discovered.
The report further pointed out that the prosecution had said that Samsung Display had revealed that the stolen technology had been developed over a six-year period and that 38 engineers had participated in the investment of 150 billion Korean won (approximately $ 134 million) and that this technology belonged to South Korea.
