On the morning of July 1, a burglar at the Haiphong Road jewelry store in Tsim Sha Tsui arrested a man involved in the case in the early morning, suspected of driving the thieves and left the scene, before burning the car of seven people involved in Lok Ma Chau. He is suspected of conspiracy to commit theft and arson and is being detained for investigation.
