The ICAC Complaints Committee reviewed 23 complaints the previous year, and the three certificates were true or partially truthful
"Bulletin de the Economic Press Agency "ICAC Complaints Committee In 2017, a total of 23 complaints involving 49
allegations were reviewed, and 3 of the 3 complaints (13%) involved in the allegations ( 6%) were true or partial. These allegations
are true or partially true and allege that a total of four ICAC officers were involved, and their superiors gave them instructions.
In addition, two other complaints concerned four officers of the ICAC: although the initial allegations were not established, they also received instructions from their superiors on relevant issues
identified in the investigation. In one of the cases, three agents did not properly check and record
during the search operation and reported that the items seized had been damaged, so that they have not taken the appropriate measures in time. With respect to the other case,
a person did not fully grasp and follow the relevant guidelines in the clbadification of confidentiality of documents and the handling of clbadified documents.
During the previous year, the Committee received a total of 24 allegations involving 100 officers of the ICAC or the ICAC, one of the complaints registered in 2017
and a complainant 52 against the agents of the ICAC. Allegations The allegations recorded by the Commission in 2017
related to the misconduct of ICAC agents (48%), negligence (42%), abuse of authority (9%) and the working procedures of the ICAC

The Committee held three meetings in March, July and November 2017. Of the 24 complaints
received in 2017, 17 complaints involving 32 allegations were dealt with, and the relevant investigation reports were reviewed by the committee during the year,
and the remaining 7 cases 68 The complaints of allegations are still under investigation at the end of the year. The committee also reviewed six complaints received in 2016 and completed
