In February of this year, a restitution accident of the KMB occurred on the Tai Po Road, causing a tragedy of 19 deaths and the case was again brought before the Fanling Magistrature. this morning (July 13). The case was sent back to September 5, 2008. The defendant did not apply for bail and was still in custody.

The prosecution stated that most investigations were completed, but German manufacturers sent experts to Hong Kong in August to investigate data from the KMB black box, which urged Prosecution to speed up the investigation.

The 30-year-old driver, Chen Haoming, was charged with dangerous driving causing death. The charge was that he was driving a KMB into a dangerous section of Tai Po Road on Tai Po Road on February 10 this year, causing the deaths of 15 men and 4 women.
