As the Melbourne brothers head into Tim's recently renovated home, his wife Kate and daughter Isabella make a surprise appearance.
This 32 year old man and his longtime love got married five years ago and had their first child last year.
According to Tim, Kate and Kate did not have much time to reflect on the consequences that allowing him to participate in the rules of the House would have for their young family.
"She did not talk about it much," Tim said.
"Everything happened so fast that we did not really have the opportunity to discuss the decision.
"We applied at the end, so it arrived very quickly. We have practically put the application into operation at closing. "
