An American woman was operated after removing and swallowing her engagement ring while she was sleeping.
Jenna Evans, 29, said she was dreaming of swallowing the ring while she and her fiancé Bobby were terrorized by criminals on a high-speed train.
She woke up in her home in California to find that her group of diamonds had disappeared from her finger.
