How many adaptations did Nancy Drew have had?

Nancy Drew, an enduring detective, goes back to the big screen. The character, who made his first appearance in the 1930 book The secret of the old clock, has been restarted for the modern audience for the new movie, Nancy Drew and the hidden stairway, which opens on March 15th.
