How much do Lollapalooza 2019 tickets cost?

The day-to-day list for Lollapalooza 2019 has been unveiled and day tickets are on sale now. This four-day festival will be held Aug. 1-4 at Grant Park, Chicago.

More than 170 performances of artists such as Childish Gambino, Ariana Grande, Kacey Musgraves, The Strokes and many others are on the program. How much will it cost to participate in this year's Lollapalooza Festival? Discover now.

Four-day passes start at $ 340

If you want to experience the full Lollapalooza experience, a four day general admission card will cost $ 340. GA + passes over four days, including shaded seating, private lounge access, free water and premium toilets cost $ 650, but they are already exhausted. Four-day VIP and Platinum passes cost $ 2,200 and $ 4,200, respectively. These high-priced tickets include benefits such as upscale lounges, golf cart transportation, free food and beverages, and top-notch viewing areas.

You can also get a special "Lolla Insider" pass, which includes all the benefits of the Premium Pass, private 4×4 transportation for the festival, access to the Artists Lounge, stage and other options Premium viewing, a private concierge more.

You can also buy a cabin for 25 guests. The cabins include elevated views of the stage, a golf cart service and a food and beverage service in the suite.

Unlike festivals like Coachella, where you have to buy a weekend pass, you can buy day tickets for Lollapalooza. These are $ 130 each, with GA + ($ 225), VIP ($ 650) and Platinum ($ 2,000) also available.

So far, ticket sales for this year's festival have been "low," according to ABC 7 Chicago. Although the four-day passes sold quickly in the past, the four-day passes, which went on sale several weeks ago, are still available.

More than 100,000 people attend the festival every day

Last year, more than 100,000 people came to Grant Park every day of the festival, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Lollapalooza has existed in one form or another since 1991, the year it was founded as a traveling festival by Jane's Addiction singer, Perry Farrell. It existed in its original incarnation up to the 1997, and was relaunched in 2003. Since 2005, it has been held in Chicago. Several foreign versions of the festival also exist in Berlin, Stockholm, Paris, Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.
