Which The Melody Pokémon research path is the best in Pokémon Go?
When it comes to choosing The Melody Pokémon research paths in Pokémon Go, there is no “best” route to follow. This is because your choice is determined by the Pokémon costume you wish to receive – due to their appearance or moveset – and the pose you prefer.
The first choice you need to make is in step 2 between Pikachu Rock Star and Pikachu Pop Star, which you can learn more about in the section below.
The easiest decision you will make during this quest will be in step 4 between Galarian Ponyta, selecting “Ponyta”, and Galarian Zigzagoon choosing “Zigzagoon”.
Both of these Pokémon will be wearing Meloetta-inspired hats and appear in One Star Raids. This means that you can easily select the Pokemon you like the most and then catch the other one in a raid if you want to.
Your next choice will be in stage 6 between Gardevoir and Flygon.
This choice goes beyond aesthetics, as everyone experiences a Charged attack that normally can only be learned using an EliteTM. For Gardevoir, this attack is Synchronous, a psychic type attack, and, for Flygon, it is Earth Power Earth type movement.
Your decision will also determine whether you come across Gardevoir or Flygon wearing a hat in the wild during Go Fest 2021. The one you don’t choose will still be available in incense, but it won’t wear a hat. It will also decide if you come across a Meloetta hat wearing Gardevoir or Flygon when snapping photos on day two (Sunday July 18) of Go Fest.
Finally, while not very important, your choice of Pokémon in NAME will ultimately determine your Pokémon group name.

The differences between Pikachu Rock Star and Pikachu Pop Stars in Pokémon Go explained
The biggest decision you will make in The Melody Pokémon will be in step 2 whether you prefer Pikachu Pop Star, selecting “Rock Star Pikachu”, or Pikachu Rock Star choosing “Pop Star Pikachu”.
You can base your decision on appearance alone, but, like with Gardevoir and Flygon, there are some important details you should know beforehand.
First, the music themed Pikachu will experience different loaded movements; Pikachu Pop Star has the Draining Kiss fairy-type attack, while Pikachu Rock Star knows the Meteor Mash steel-type movement.
Your choice of Pikachu also determines the pose you receive – Pikachu Rock Star unlocks the Rock Star pose and Pikachu Pop Star will grant you the Pop Star pose.
The final detail to consider is that your Pikachu selection will have a small effect on your Go Fest 2021 experience, as, like the previous choice, it will determine which Pikachu you find when snapshots on the first day (Saturday July 17th). ‘event.
Your choice will also change the music played throughout Go Fest 2021 to a rock and roll track or an electro-pop inspired song. Both of these pieces of music were produced by Pokémon music producer Junichi Masuda.
