The LAPA is the last SMG that can be unlocked in the Warzone and Cold War Season 6 update, which also brings the Hammer and Sickle to the game. The Haunting event will kick off the festivities of Halloween from CoD, bringing with it plenty of exciting content to dive into.

The LAPA is unlocked during The Haunting Warzone and Cold War event.
The LAPA is unlocked by completing challenges in The Haunting event, where it will be obtained as an in-game event reward. While we don’t know the exact details of the challenges in The Haunting, it will follow. probably a pattern similar to that of the Sai from The Numbers event.
If the in-game challenges aren’t your thing, the LAPA can always be unlocked in the store by purchasing the weapon blueprint. The LAPA is officially described as a “lightweight prototype with reliable damage and good fire control.” Improved maneuverability and range with slower rate of fire.
