It's no secret that the popularity of Chromebook continues to grow. More and more PC makers are joining the Chromebook movement. HP also wants to give a boost to its Chromebook portfolio.

HP plans to launch its first 15-inch Chromebook with a full size keyboard and keypad.

Inside the 15-inch laptop, you get an Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of flash storage (another variant offering double storage is also available), a built-in Intel HD Graphics 610 graphics processor. HP says the laptop can provide 13 hours of battery life.

Other features include a front-facing wide angle camera with built-in microphones, built-in B & O speakers. The HP comes in two different color options – silver and blue. HP bundles all of these elements into a clamshell form factor for $ 449. The price is for the base model and will be high depending on the configuration you choose.

However, the laptop is not yet available for sale, but as shown on the HP official website, the HP Chromebook 15 is "coming soon". HP Chromebook 15 here.
