Huawei accused the US government of "using all the tools at its disposal" to disrupt its activities.
In a press release issued on Tuesday, the Chinese technology giant said that the US had launched cyber-attacks to infiltrate their networks and threaten their employees.
The company, which was blacklisted in the United States this year, did not provide evidence to support the allegations.
Huawei has become a centerpiece of the trade dispute between the United States and China.
In its press release, Huawei claimed that the United States had illegally arrested its staff, launched cyber-attacks to infiltrate its internal computer systems and that FBI agents had been sent to its employees' homes to urge them to collect information about the company.
"We strongly condemn the malicious and concerted efforts by the US government to discredit Huawei and reduce its leadership position in the industry," the firm said.
There is no answer from US officials yet.
Huawei's statement was made in response to a Wall Street Journal article that the US Department of Justice had opened an investigation into the alleged theft of smartphones. The Chinese technology giant said in its statement that the allegations were false.
The company has become the symbol of a growing power struggle between the United States and China. The world's two largest economies have waged a trade war over the past year.
The United States argues that Huawei poses a risk to national security and placed the company on a blacklist in May.

Washington has also pressured its allies to avoid Huawei products, lest they be used by Beijing for surveillance purposes.
Huawei has repeatedly rejected this idea and said that it was independent of the Chinese government.
