Hulu’s Black Friday 2020 deal
Available now through November 30, 11:59 p.m. PT: New subscribers can sign up for the ad-supported Basic Hulu subscription for just $ 1.99 per month.
This brings the total cost to just under $ 24 for the entire year (a savings of $ 48). After the promotion ends, your subscription will cost $ 5.99 per month.
There are some restrictions:
- Only new hulu subscribers – which means new subscribers and old subscribers who ended their Hulu plan at least three months before the promotion – are eligible for this offer.
- If you signed up for Hulu’s $ 1.99 promotion that took place on Black Friday last year, you are not eligible for the new deal.

Hulu plans and prices
How much does Hulu cost? Normally, the Hulu Basic (ad-supported) subscription costs $ 5.99 per month, so you’ll save $ 4 per month, or $ 48 in total for the year. The Premium (ad-free) subscription costs $ 11.99 per month, and there are also options to add Live TV or other services like HBO or Disney Plus to your Hulu subscription.
After the 12 month promotion ends, you will pay $ 5.99 per month.
What is included in the Hulu deal?
If you qualify, you’ll have access to all content on Hulu, which includes original shows such as “The Handmaid’s Tale”, old and new TV favorites such as “Grey’s Anatomy” and “This Is Us” and movies covering all genres. The timing of this deal is perfect – there are plenty of entertaining Christmas movies you can start streaming right away to get into the holiday spirit.
