After “Mimi”, the great beauty of Bollywood, Kriti Sanon arrives with “Hum Do Hamare Do” and the trailer for the film is unveiled.
Kriti is a lucky girl and falls in love with a handsome guy in the form of Rajkummar Rao. Just as Kriti and Rajkummar plan to move their relationship forward, a roadblock looms. Apparently, Kriti has an idealistic idea of family when she wants to get married. The requirement is that the boy must have a family and a cute dog.
But Rajkummar is an orphan and therefore he has false parents and they are Paresh Rawal and Ratna Pathak Shah. Paresh and Ratna have an old relationship but agree to be Rajkummar’s parents until marriage.
Afterwards, it’s a roller coaster ride of an imperfect family. In fact, more than the Kriti and Rajkummar show, Paresh and Ratna’s old love song takes center stage and it’s entertaining with subtle humor.
Abhishek Jain directed “Hum Do Hamare Do” and the film will be released on OTT for Diwali.
