But where does his precious Jigglypuff reside?

Juan “Liquid | Hungrybox” Debiedma is known as one of the gods of Super Smash. Bros. Melee for his unique ability to make a pink marshmallow unbeatable, but he’s also had good success lately in the last game in the series as a player and commentator.

The competition legend recently made a tier list for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s Ver. Update 12.0 based on these experiences using characters like Jigglypuff and Mario.

Hungrybox interrupted its placements between a handful of videos to explain its reasoning where it started at the very bottom, which only houses two characters.

It probably doesn’t surprise anyone at this point, Little Mac is the lowest on the gigantic list, but HBox says that doesn’t mean it’s a free win.

The fast boxer can always put you in nasty confusing situations in a ground game, although this shot is easily countered as he can’t do much when thrown in the air or offstage.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, Debiedma claims he now believes in Pyra / Mythra after seeing Smash Ultimate Summit and other events / players

The duo’s ability to freely switch between one speed and frame data monster to another with excellent knockout options and setups is an extremely dangerous mix that is now starting to take shape in the offline and online meta.

As for the game’s newest character, Kazuya, his results don’t put him near the top five yet, but HBox is seeing the first signs of a top contender.

You can see Hungrybox explain its ranking in more detail in its videos for lower and higher tiers below. As with the other videos, here are links for his placements for the intermediate, senior, and senior levels.
