Huskies come back from 3 DT deficit to stun Utah 24-21 in end

Halfway through that ride, the Huskies’ Tupuola-Fetui seemed to pull out his defensive magic again, dropping Bentley with a forearm thrill for another sack. Officials, however, flagged him for hitting the quarterback in the header and a 15-yard penalty that gave the Utes a huge boost.

The UW struggled to stop the run, giving up 215 rushing yards to Utah while scooping up just 88 playing mostly from behind.

“I guess I was in shock,” Tupuola-Fetui said of the huge deficit. “I was unlucky for a second. We just had to step back.”

To pull it off, the Huskies started the run tight on their 12-yard line with 4:21 to go. Morris didn’t flinch as he led his team onto the field with care and method, converting a pair of third-bet games. He also selected a wandering slam on the floor and delivered it cooly to Otton for a 7-yard gain. He couldn’t be shaken.

“Probably that moment really puts him in a capsule,” Lake said of his intoxicating quarterback. “This footage right there captures what Dylan is.”
