From Redbook
It’s been months since I’ve tried and reviewed all Buffalo Wild Wings sauces and seasonings, but I still don’t think I’ve recovered. With over 25 options, narrowing that list down to 10 was like picking my favorite dog (I don’t have kids yet, so I really can’t even go). Nevertheless, I persisted.
PS Get the traditional New York style wings, boneless ones don’t stand a chance.
10. Sweet BBQ
It’s really tangy; it’s almost like candy … but a really salty candy. (I don’t know, try it?)
9. Caribbean Jerk
The Caribbean jerk is a dormant success. If you were on the fence about this flavor because you don’t usually try Caribbean food, try this one. The flavors of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg keep this sauce from feeling sizzling.
8. Thai curry
The heat of this sauce hits you back in your throat, but it hurts so much. Sweet peppers mixed with coconut and curry will clear up your sinuses.
7. Salt and vinegar
If you are obsessed with salt and vinegar chips, you are going to panic. Eating a dozen of them will make your tongue look like sandpaper, but it’s worth it.
6. Honey and bourbon mustard
This sauce has levels: first it’s sweet, then it’s tangy, then the mustard comes at the end and surprises you.
5. Garlic parmesan
Trying to feel rich and chic? This is by far the most decadent wing on their menu – a few of them will satisfy you.
4.Hot BBQ
Sweet, tangy and spicy, what else do you need?
3. Jammin ‘Jalapeño
This is a limited time menu item, and I pray it will be there forever. It’s like a jalapeño popper without the cream cheese.
2. Hot buffalo
Among all buffalo levels: medium, original, hot and wild – warm to my heart. There wasn’t a huge different spice between the medium and the original, but the hot had the perfect amount of heat that made the blue cheese dressing worth it.
1. Habanero mango
Don’t let the pretty name fool you. This bitch is HOT. Cool off with a Moscow mule as you ride through them. If you’re looking for the best, spiciest wing on the menu, this is it. I say this because it actually has layers instead of direct heat.
