Chelsea Manning said Thursday that she would not bow to a new summons to appear before the grand jury to testify to her contacts with WikiLeaks.
"Trying to force me to appear before a grand jury will not work, I will not cooperate with this jury or any other grand jury," Manning told the federal courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia, before Be jailed a second time for contempt of court.
