“I wish you another 100 years”

Dax Shepard wishes his wife Kristen Bell a happy birthday!

The actor, 46, shared a loving tribute in honor of the Good place actress Sunday to mark her 41st birthday.

“Happy Birthday Cowgirl,” he wrote alongside a smiling photo showing Bell wearing a black cowboy hat and boots.

“Your beauty is surpassed only by your heart and your buns,” he added playfully. “I wish you another 100 years in the saddle. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

The couple – who share daughters Lincoln, 8, and Delta, 6 – have been married since 2013.

In honor of Mother’s Day earlier this year, Shepard shared another post celebrating Bell, posting a photo of his wife doing nude yoga. “Mum has changed since I was a kid … and that’s what I’m here for,” he joked.

On a more serious note, the Parenthood The alum added, “My daughters and I entered the MegaMom Lottery in a spectacular way. We are so grateful and so in love with you.”

When it comes to keeping their relationship strong, Bell said she and her husband have turned to solo therapy sessions.

“When the pandemic started, we were going full blast. And then all the doors in our house were locked, like, we had to stay inside, and we were like, ‘Woof. We have to get the troubles under control, ‘”she said last month in a virtual appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“And our therapist Harry… suggested that since we were both so bored of each other… we go to therapy separately so we can talk to each other,” she added. “And we did, and it’s awesome.”

Continuing, she pointed out. “Right now right now what we’ve been doing for the last few months is every two weeks or so, I’m going to see Harry via Zoom and complain about Dax, then he’ll give me all the reasons I’m in pain and Dax will do the same. And then, by the time we meet again in the evening, we love each other again.

Speaking with PEOPLE earlier this year, Bell said she and Shepard had a “little therapeutic refresh” in 2020, which was “incredibly helpful.”

“Dax and I, when we started this pandemic, were at a point in our marriage where we definitely needed a little therapeutic refreshment,” she explained.

“Every two years we say to each other, ‘We’re very hostile to each other,’ and we don’t want to,” Bell continued. “We go back to therapy and find out what I don’t do best for you and what you don’t do best for me, and how we can better serve that team goal.”
