I won’t miss the Marvel season of Fortnite

So I’ll admit that some of my aversion to this season is personal: one of my many responsibilities at Kotaku is to know Fortnite, and it got harder to do when Fortnite has become a whole different genre that I don’t know. Other players sure reddit and social media have also expressed their unhappiness with the Marvel-themed season, which has helped me feel a little less like a killjoy.
