Impact Wrestling spoilers: A TNA Original returns

[ad_1]

The Impact launched its last recording session at Skyway Studios in Nashville on Friday, September 17. In addition to material for their weekly Thursday shows, matches and segments were also filmed for two Impact Plus streaming specials – tonight. Victory Road and Knockout Knockdown.

We still don’t have a date for Knockout Knockdown, but you can find out some of what will happen there – and on the way to the big October 23 bound for fame PPV in Las Vegas – with these spoilers, courtesy of Wrestling Observer:

For Victory Road

Christian cage def. Ace Austin to retain the Impact world title. X Division champion Josh Alexander was with Cage after the game in a No DQ match that saw Chelsea Green and Mahabali Shera get involved.

Laredo child def. Black Taurus, John Skyler, Jake Something & Trey Miguel in a Six Man Scramble Match (this also happened in the last round of recordings, and it’s unclear if this is now a five men, or if the wrestler replacement is not included in the do over was simply omitted from the Observer’s reader’s report, or …)

– You can find spoilers for the rest of tonight’s map here.

For Knockout Knockdown

– Gail Kim took everyone out for a ten bell salute for Daffney

Rachel Ellering def. Lady Frost

Chelsea Green def. Renee michelle

Mercedes martinez def. Rosemary

Tasha steelz def. Jamie Senegal

Deonna Purrazzo def. Masha Slamovich to retain the Knockout title in what has been said to be “a great game”. Kim came back and offered Slamovich a contract.

– Awesome Kong is announced as the newest member of the Impact Hall of Fame. She dedicated the honor to Daffney.

Savannah evans def. Jordynne Grace, Alisha Edwards and Kimber Lee in Monster’s Ball, pinning Edwards after giving him a Full Nelson Slam on bedbugs.

For Impact TV

David Finlay def. Hikuleo. Both Juice Robinson and Chris Bey were involved, and a returning El Phantasmo joined his Bullet Club brothers to let FinJuice lay eggs.

Josh Alexander def. Ace Austin to win a world title at Bound For Glory. Madman Fulton joined Austin to attack Alexander after the game, and Christian Cage ran to help the X-Division champion. When Cage and Alexander got into a fight, Austin and Fulton skipped them, which led to Christopher Daniels returning to help the good guys.
