Newlyweds Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner went to the exclusive and super private bungalows of San Vicente in West Hollywood for a romantic honeymoon after their secret Las Vegas wedding.
The singer and star of "Game of Thrones" made the link just hours after Wednesday's Billboard Music Awards at a low-key ceremony at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Vegas with brothers Nick and Kevin Jonas as boys and some guests, including Diplo and Khalid.
On Thursday, the newlyweds arrived at Hollywood's private club, which counts among its members the biggest names in the entertainment, fashion and art sectors. Steven Spielberg, Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper, Taylor Swift, John Mayer, Jennifer Aniston and Leo DiCaprio are some of the big names who have seen it arrive in recent months.
It is thought that the happy couple settled in one of the property's six romantic bungalows, endowed with lush private flower gardens, century-old trees, outdoor terraces and gardens. a decor called "old world, Beverly Hills and London chic".
A source told us: "Joe and Sophie have chosen to start their honeymoon in a romantic place where they can enjoy total privacy. They can order what they want in their bungalow without having to worry about being seen or photographed. In the meantime, we are told that the paparazzi are parked outside the property, unable to catch a glimpse of the couple.
But they may not be quite alone – Hollywood spies have said Nick Jonas was also seen recording, and his wife, Priyanka Chopra – now Turner's best friend – was also expected.
The San Vicente Bungalows, opened by hotelier Jeff Klein at the Sunset Tower last December, are renowned for their lack of phone, pictures, social media and other members' politics. Members and guests, regardless of their celebrity, must agree to cover the camera of their phone with a discreet sticker, which must remain in place until their departure.
The property has been dubbed "an oasis of privacy" and "a new clubhouse in Hollywood", such is the clamor of being on the list of members, despite rumors that thousands of nominations – including many very rich and famous – have been refused.
Jonas and Turner, who became engaged in October 2017, planned to hold another wedding in France this summer. Their representatives did not answer us.
