Reality must be rejected in oblivion
While Lyle and I continue to search for the pocket of whispers that hold the secrets of this world, here's what happened in video games this week:
- The rumor that Switch Lite is a reality!
- Ion Maiden is now Ion Fury because of boomer metal and lawyers!
- Goat of duty is a thing because goats are apparently … funny? All this and more in the episode of today!
I slept on Wednesday and I was a little shocked to learn that Burger King was now offering cheap tacos that looked like a killing between a corn shell. The same day, however, the announcement of the Nintendo Switch Lite did not absolutely shock me. It's been a long time since speculation and rumors circulate and honestly, this is not something that interests me a lot because I already own an original.
However, I really see the call and understand why it's one thing. A cheaper option, only portable, will certainly sell like hotcakes (especially when Pokemon Sword and Shield go out). But, just like the rumors concerning only laptops, persistent rumors about a Switch "Pro" are in preparation. Nintendo has ruled out the release of another new Switch model this year, but I can not help but wonder if a top-of-the-line Switch model is coming … would people wish it?
Abandoned question of the week: Would you be interested in a Nintendo Switch Pro?
For me, honestly, it's about whether he has a better screen and a slight hardware surge. My ideal idea of a Switch Pro would include an integrated SSD storage for ultra-fast charging times, an AMOLED display and slightly higher hardware for native 1080p resolution. I think they should just market it as an upscale experience for Switch enthusiasts and I would be on top of it all.
