Google joined Verizon to launch the Pixel lineup in 2016, and Big Red has always been Google's exclusive operator partner. However, a new report claims that T-Mobile is about to sell the latest Android phones from Google. This suggests that T-Mobile could have more Pixel Phones in the future.

According to 9to5Google, a source says T-Mobile will soon sell Pixels 3 and 3 XL. This would mark the end of Verizon's exclusive carrier contract. Of course, unlocked Pixel phones have always worked well on T-Mobile, but Verizon was the only operator selling the phone directly. We do not know if the phones will be unlocked, but I will not rely on them.

T-Mobile is already testing the network compatibility of the future Pixel 3a, which does not tell us anything about the direct sales made by the carrier. This phone could still be a Verizon exclusive, but the unlocked version will definitely work on T-Mobile. We have nothing concrete about the Pixel 4: T-Mobile could offer the phone immediately or it may be another (allegedly) delayed release like the Pixel 3.
