There are only a few days left before the Oscars, but Hollywood's biggest night is already surrounded by controversy.
The Academy announced its intention to create a category "Best Popular Film" and to award technical awards during commercial breaks, but it was forced to reverse the course of both decisions. In addition, the series is without a moderator after the actor and comedian Kevin Hart left the series after a series of homophobic tweets from several years ago.
The series must continue, but the Academy does not seem to know which direction to take.
