14 Things We Loved About BTS Boy With Luv

(Who are we laughing at, you probably are not.) Whatever it is, let's take a closer look at "Boy With Luv" and the things we liked most about of the last MV of BTS!

1. The regressions

Before diving into the visual elements of the MV, we have to talk about regressions. 2. Allusions

3. Scenery and Colors

We had a taste of the visuals of the MV with the teaser that featured the members dressed in pink outfits and a colorful environment. The MV itself only extends the rainbow, plunging into a pool of colors including bright pink, orange and yellow with contrasts of beige, black and yellow. blue. Started in a colorful movie theater, the MV takes us on a retro dinner at the giant piano of Yoongi at dusk, in a beige marble room for Hobi and a sunset with artistic backgrounds and streetlights . The highlight is a solo performance filled with neon lights by RM in a white suit. The colorful visual effects match the fun and playful feel of the song and make us wander with our friends on a moving sofa.

4. The sofa

Technically, it's also a step backwards, but it's a whole concept. Seeing a BTS sitting on a couch can give the nostalgic impression of an army, but there is something about the seven young men hanging out together on a couch. There are sofas in the VMs for "Spring Day", "Blood, Sweat & Tears", "IDOL", and there is even one in the background in "Fire". I'm not looking (yet) to make it a thing in its own right, but it would not be the army if there was not already some kind of theory that will probably prove true to the # 39; future.

5. Chorea

Is Suga's joyous dance visible in chorea? We are not quite sure, but the army seems to have found its favorite movement of "Boy With Love" and we can not blame them. In addition to the favorite cheerful dance of all, even the chorea is catchy and makes you want to dance. Plus: Halsey has participated in some parts of the dance, giving the entire video clip an even more fun vibe "hanging out together as friends". We can not wait for the video of chorea!

6. Outfits and style

Let's talk hair! Tae's blue was something that the Army had been waiting for and therefore a long time, and it looks even better than the changes. Jimin's peachy pink hair almost makes her look like the personification of the word "boyfriend". And do not even get me started with JK's curls. It's safe to say that: the Armies are obsessed with the hair of the limbs during this return, and rightly so, but we can not just ignore their incredible outfits. It's probably centered around the pink color in different shades, but it also has a very boyfriend-y look, gorgeous white suits, and finally, a jacket-tailored suit and a shirt-shirt combination that give the boys the look of run the place

7. Dashing RM

Two words only: The costume. The leader of BTS has nothing less than to rush on his stage presenter scene in the clip. He even swings an umbrella. And while there are costumes-nams in one scene, we find the adorable dork in another: he even makes an adorable handshake with Halsey at one point. It's barely visible because of the cut, but I like the way this MV surprisingly captures the hyung of BTS in all its best moments.

9. Suga aka. the Piano Man

I do not know you, but Suga's part MV makes me want to run in the next toy store and reconstruct his oversized piano show. Except that we probably will not have exactly the same reactions as Yoongi. Not only is his rap a pure fire, but his solo piano part is adorable (ok, not so unexpected). What's all, it's the way he jumps behind the sofa at 1:53. If we had to capture Yoongi's visuals in "Boy With Luv" in a nutshell, it would probably be "squishy", but do not tell it to Agust D.

10. J-Hope aka. Ray of Sunshine

Just like the other members, Hobi truly brings his best to his side and obviously dances like the dancing god that he is. But since these are a little given (J-hope would always give everything and dance like a machine), I'm going to name another thing about it as being our favorite thing at Hobi in "Boy With Luv" – his expression. 12. Blue-haired Tae

Taetae opens the first group photo of the MV, captivating as usual from the beginning. When he's not singing, dancing or lighting street lights with a snap of his fingers, he's at the back of the couch spending a busy day with Hobi. Speaking of his hands, he is the reason we are going to buy an oversized flower ring. Also, do not try to be weird by making Tae language a separate item from this list, but we can not talk about it. 13. Cooky-Jungkook

Jungkook has rarely had so many Cooky waves, let alone in a MV. Maybe because he's not wearing a lot of pink. Whatever the case may be, the maknae reminds us more than ever of his adorable BT21 character, who is (in case you do not know him) described as "unexpected muscular, bad". No, we did not do that until. In addition to being perfect, it is also part of the party on the last row on the couch, although more discreet than Hobi and V. 14. Halsey is beautiful, amazing, and we are not at all jealous

Halsey is the first collaborating artist to appear in the official version of the MV title of the BTS. Because, yes, Steve Aoki appeared in "MIC DROP", but it was not the title track of the return, and yes, Nicki Minaj appeared in a separate version of "IDOL", but that's precisely what – a separate version. But now we have Halsey who not only starts the MV with the teaser's lollipop scene, but also participates in chore! And it does not really look like artists playing together, but rather having fun and embracing their friendship, which goes back a long way now. In addition, while we go beyond her for the outfit and style, here's what I have to say: Halsey is absolutely gorgeous with her hair, clothes and makeup! I do not know if this has a deeper meaning – knowing Big Hit, it surely means a LOT for an imminent comeback in 15 years – but I love the photo around 3:52 (and 3:57) of the video clip that apparently does not really belong.
