Back in 2007, Sonam Kapoor, daughter of Anil Kapoor, made great debut of Bollywood with the film Saawariya by Sanjay Leela Bhansali . Although with movies like Aisha, Raanjhanaa and Khoobsurat the diva has left its mark in the industry, that is its release in 2016 Neerja who put it on the map. The film tells the story of Neerja Bhanot, commissioner of the airline Pan American World Airways, who saved lives during the Pan Am 73 flight, hijacked by terrorists during a stopover in Karachi (Pakistan) , September 5, 1986. Sonam is currently preparing for the release of his next film The Zoya Factor . Helmed by Abhishek Sharma, the film also holds the lead role in Dulquer Salmaan and is based on the novel of the same name written by Anuja Chauhan.
