A private bus fell into a deep gorge in Uttarakhand's Pauri district on Sunday morning, killing at least 48 people and wounding 10 others, the police said. "The accident occurred near the village of Gween, near Dhumakot, when the bus bound for Ramnagar fell into a 200-meter-deep gorge killing 45 people on the spot and leaving 13 wounded" Pauri SP Jagat Ram Joshi told PTI on the phone.
