Sri Lankan captain Dinesh Chandimal has been named in the team for the two-test series against South Africa, even though he may be unavailable due to suspension.
Chandimal, coach Chandika Hathurusingha and manager Asanka Gurusinha confessed The International Cricket Council (ICC) Code of Conduct after the team delayed the game during the second Test against the Windies last month.

The minimum sentence for the offense is the suspension of two tests for Chandimal, the hearing to be held Tuesday – two days before the start of the first test against the Proteas.
Sri Lanka also included Rangana Herath and Kusal Perera in the team of 16 players, but their participation is subject to physical fitness.

Sri Lanka will host the first test in Galle starting July 12th. before going to Colombo for the second test of July 20th.
