The Indian Women's Archery Team has created history by rising to the top of the world rankings in the recently released ranking, a development that should give a boost at the Asian Games next month. With her two silver medals at the Antalya and Berlin World Cups, the Indian women's team dominated the standings with 342.6 points, six points ahead of Chinese Taipei, second.

Jyothi Surekha Vennam and Muskan Kirar are two regulars. in the women's team in both stages of the World Cup, while Divya Dhayal (Antalya) and Trisha Deb (Berlin) were the third members.
