JP Dutta, who made war movies as Border LOC Kargil and Refugee is back with another war movie Paltan which reportedly brought another chapter of the pages of Indian history. In an interview with IANS, Gurmeet Choudhary, who plays the role of an army officer in the film, says that he was trained by his father for the character. "My father served the army and his homeland for several years, he had the habit of training new recruits," said Gurmeet quoted by IANS

In an interview with IANS, Luv had all the good things to say about his Paltan co-star Sonu Sood. The actor said that Sonu was "supportive" and had given him a lot of acting advice.
