Daniel Bryan refusing to surrender this Friday at the Crown Joyel, a controversial WWE event, WWE decided to organize his big match of the WWE Championship between him and AJ Styles. Tuesday night instead.
Although the two had already fought in the WWE once on TV, earlier this year on SmackDown Live, it was a dream match for many wrestling fans.
The two men exchanged the offense early before Bryan made a suicide dive on the outside and sold a wounded knee. Styles then took the lead in the attack and put the knee down as a veteran. When they went down, Bryan tried to use his taking ability to gain a position on Styles, but was eventually picked up by Styles.
Styles hit Bryan's knee on the carpet, hit a brutal knee breaker and continued to lose his head. in the left leg. Whenever Bryan tried to defend himself, even with an uppercut, Styles defended himself with targeted knee attacks.

Later, Bryan opposed an attempt to springboard Styles in the corner, putting AJ at the same time. They climbed upstairs, where Bryan tried a lateral suplexion from the turnbuckle, but Styles turned in the air and fell on Bryan's neck while we were going to take a commercial break.

Bryan operated the Yes Lock for a few seconds, until it was cleared. a broken rope broke it. Moments later, Styles smothered Bryan over the top rope to the outside floor. This forced Bryan to sell his injured knee earlier in the match and Styles followed by slamming his knee against the ad table.
Bryan retaliated by throwing his opponent in the stands and then in the ring. Bryan twice hit the corner and threw himself into a hurricane at the top rope. Styles tried to defend himself, seeming to have hit a moment ago Clash's top Styles, before Bryan ended up anyway by touching the hurricane.
Styles recovered once again on the injured knee, hitting a dragon screw. leg breaker using the ring ropes. As Styles flew into the ring with a phenomenal forearm attempt, Bryan searched for him and slapped him into a submission. He turned that into a Yes Lock in the middle of the ring. Styles tried to fight and Bryan locked himself into a triangle. Styles then lifted him, dead weight, and struck a modified style conflict. Styles then found himself stuck in a calf crusher on the injured knee and Bryan was forced to kick out.
After the match, Samoa Joe attacked Styles from behind while Styles and Bryan shook hands. Joe locked the Coquina Clutch on Styles, but Bryan rushed to the ring to break it. He was then locked in the Coquina Clutch for his problem.
This ending lets us ask if Styles vs. Joe will take place at Crown Jewel now. Maybe we'll have an announcement later tonight during SmackDown.
