Karnataka: CM Kumaraswamy's rival candidate Chandrashekhar leaves BJP and joins Congress

Anitha Kumaraswamy, the wife of Senior Minister HD Kumaraswamy, a member of JD (S) of Karnataka, is to be elected virtually unopposed on November 3, in the traditional constituency of the Assembly Kumaraswamy, Ramanagaram, as his closest rival The BJP has decided to join the Congress.
