Apple Inc. has revealed a pair of issues affecting two of its most popular products: the iPhone X and the MacBook Pro 13 inches. The technology giant based in Cupertino, Calif., Said Friday that the screen of some iPhone X units did not respond or respond intermittently when it was touched. The company also said some units may have screens that react even when they are not affected. In the case of the iPhone X, Apple offers free screen replacement for defective devices, while it offers free repairs for the MacBook Pro.
Apple had not yet responded to reports of issues related to iPhone X screens, but it had already opened similar replacement programs for older iPhone models with problems screen, including the iPhone 6.
