Jamie Carragher makes a shocking statement about Kepa Arrizabalaga that will dull Chelsea fans

Jamie Carragher, a football expert on Monday night, questioned the quality of Kepa Arrizabalaga after the Spaniard saw Tottenham Hotspur score three goals at the back of his net during the heavy defeat 3-1 of Wembley Stadium.

It was the first match in loss competition suffered by the Blues since the arrival of Maurizio Sarri in Napoli in the summer

The Italian was defeated by Manchester City in the Community Shield match Pep Guardiola in August, but by the traditional curtain-raiser played before the Prime Minister's debut. The championship season is a glorious exhibition match where both managers are allowed to replace up to six.

Chelsea are the only team among the top five European leagues not to taste defeat before their defeat against the Spurs.

After falling under Tottenham's pressure and his unbridled attacking performance at Wembley, former Liverpool defender Carragher was not impressed by the man's reactions between both players.

Kepa conquered the fans after leaving Athletic Club this summer to become the most expensive goalkeeper in world football history, replacing Thibaut Courtois, who left Stamford Bridge to join Real Madrid.

The Belgian left West London under a cloud after being forced to leave the club and fans of the Blues enjoyed seeing him fight this season in Spain.

However, Carragher believes that Chelsea is weaker without his former firing blocker, despite his poor form and popularity of Kepa.

"If I'm honest, I think Courtois will save him," he said. Sky Sports was asked about Dele's first goal against the Blues.

The English international went over Jorginho to lead the ball after Christian Eriksen sent a free kick in the eighth minute. According to Carragher, Kepa should have done better.

"I do not want to come back because he is a new" goalkeeper, a youngster "but I think that once, he is saved by Courtois."
