Two trips around the Earth in just 15 minutes?

This incredibly fast journey is possible thanks to a time-lapse video of the International Space Station published last week by the European Space Agency.

which allows the viewer to see some landforms (such as Italy), mbades of swirling storm clouds and illuminated urban centers that shine from the darkness of the sun. Space, includes 21,375 images of the Earth captured by Alexander Gerst, ESA astronaut and commander of the International Space Station.

The video goes from Tunisia to Beijing and Australia, showing the planet pbades twice from day to night, zooming well over deep blue oceans and clouds resembling paintings.

The 15 minute clip was accelerated. at 12.5 times faster than the actual speed of the observatory, according to Geek.com.
